How do you ensure the ice cream stays frozen during shipping?
We pack our pints in insulated coolers with enough dry ice to keep the contents at -10°F for up to 48 hours. Your ice cream will arrive perfectly frozen and ready for the freezer.
Where do you ship, and what are the delivery days?
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states. To ensure freshness and avoid weekend delays, we ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays for arrival by Thursday or Friday.
Are your ingredients locally sourced?
Yes! At Two Spoons Creamery, we partner with local dairy farms and seasonal fruit growers to ensure every scoop is made with the freshest, high-quality ingredients available.
Do you offer dairy-free or vegan options?
Absolutely. We offer a rotating selection of coconut-based and oat-based vegan flavors that are just as creamy and delicious as our traditional dairy line.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or melted, please contact us within 24 hours for a full replacement or refund.
What should I do with the dry ice included in my package?
Do not touch dry ice with bare hands. Leave it in the shipping cooler in a well-ventilated area until it evaporates completely, then recycle the outer cardboard box.
